Do you ship orders to the UK & EU? If so, how will orders be shipped?

Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.

Will I need to pay shipping taxes & customs duties?

You should not be charged a fee to receive your package.

Canada, UK and Europe

You may be charged a fee to receive your package. We suggest that you discuss fees with your local customs office before you order. 

    What shipping company do you use?

    We use a range of couriers from Fedex and UPS to small local courier companies.

    Why can’t you deliver overnight like Amazon?

    We’re a small business shipping from a warehouse in California.  We can’t promise overnight delivery. We can promise:

    -   Our products are worth the wait.

    How much will shipping cost?

    We'll calculate shipping for you at checkout. All you need to do is enter your address and pick a shipping option.

    Do you offer free shipping?

    Do nurses wear clogs? We offer free standard shipping USA wide for orders above $75USD. International shipping costs are calculated at check out.

    Can I update my delivery address?

    We dispatch orders within two business days. Unless you are very quick, you’ll need to contact the people delivering your parcel. You can find their details in your shipping email.

    Is your shipping secure?

    Yes. Standard shipping is tracked. Express shipping is tracked and requires a signature.

    How do I find my tracking number?

    1. Open the email account you used for your order.
    2. Search for emails from hello@drwoofapparel.com 
    3. Find the email with the subject line "A Shipment From Order...”
    4. Open the email, and copy your tracking number.

    How do I track my order?

    2. Click the tracking link.
    3. Follow the instructions on your delivery provider’s website.

    If you need your tracking number, it’s in the email. If you can’t find the email? Contact usWe’re happy to help. 

    My order didn’t arrive, what do I do?

    The first step is to track the package. At the moment, shipping times can be unpredictable. You need to make sure the package is lost and not just held up. 

    If your package is listed as delivered, the next step is to contact the delivery company. They will launch an investigation for you. 

    If the package cannot be found, Contact us and we'll see what we can do.

     

    Returns

    I’m worried I won’t like the things I ordered. Can I return them?  

    If you like them online, we promise you’ll love them in person. 

    If you’re worried, it might be comforting to know that we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. You can return any item within 60-days. We’ll provide a full refund, as long as the item is clean and all tags remain attached.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of personalised items and of face masks, filters, and socks for hygiene reasons.

    All clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there's a product defect. 

    Can I return my order if it doesn’t fit?

    You can return your order for any reason you like. We’ll provide a full refund, as long as the items are clean, unworn, and received by us within 60 days of purchase.

    What if my order is faulty? Can I get a refund after 60 days?

    Can I exchange my order?

    Yes. Though some conditions apply.  Contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

    Do you offer free returns? 

    Unfortunately, no. You’ll need to pay return shipping costs.

    How long do you take to process refunds?

    We’ll process your refund after we receive the return.  Please allow 3-4 days for the return to be checked and confirmed, and a further 3-5 for the money to reach your account.
